FREE health and wellness program specifically designed for mature adults. Learn Move Create & Live Long Live Strong are completely free and open to Atlantic County residents ages 60 plus. Designed to improve overall quality of life for local residents, this exercise and education series is made possible through a grant from the Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services. Summer session classes begin June 1
Featuring several different class options the programs include exercise, meditation, hands-on creative arts, nutrition and knitting. Learn Move Create classes are held at different locations throughout Atlantic County making them easily accessible and convenient to residents.
